THE ROLE

In the role of Sales Representative/Manager at XAG Australia, you'll be at the forefront of our business development efforts. You'll proactively identify potential business opportunities and delve into new markets. By understanding and anticipating the unique needs of each client, you'll position our drone technology solutions as a valuable asset, offering them a distinct competitive edge. In collaboration with the Customer Success Manager, you'll craft tailored quotes, manage client correspondence, and handle various tasks. Central to your role is a commitment to delivering unparalleled customer service, ensuring every interaction reinforces our brand's promise. While customer satisfaction is paramount, you'll also drive revenue growth, ensuring our solutions meet and exceed our financial objectives. Responsibilities

General

  • Travel nationally for events, demonstrations, and promotions.
  • Continuously update product knowledge and stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring utmost satisfaction.
  • Facilitate the sales process from quotation to completion.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
  • Cultivate relationships with strategic contacts to retain and expand revenue streams.
  • Understand the nuances of existing and emerging market segments.
  • Represent XAG Australia at industry events, seminars, and exhibitions to identify new opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations locally, interstate, and internationally.

Financial

  • Achieve or surpass sales revenue targets.
  • Ensure accuracy in monthly sales forecasting.

Sales & Marketing

  • Craft a robust business plan tailored to the local market.
  • Implement strategies for heightened customer engagement.
  • Prioritize customer-centric approaches to drive sales.
  • Manage appointment settings and customer follow-ups.
