If you require urgent repairs, submit an XAG Care Express Service Application, and our team will assist you in getting your equipment back to operational status as soon as possible.

1.    Eligibility Criteria for XAG Care Express

To qualify for XAG Care Express, you must meet the following conditions:

  • XAG Care Service was purchased and activated before the incident.
  • The damage was not intentional or caused by misuse.
  • Flight Logs & App Logs have been submitted to verify the incident.
  • The equipment has been properly maintained according to XAG guidelines.
  • You agree to the terms of service, including responsibility for any out-of-pocket costs, shipping fees, and service charges if applicable.

⚠ If your equipment does not meet these criteria, your claim may be rejected or redirected to a paid repair service.

  • RTK,GPS, or communication module failures (not due to unauthorized modifications).
  • Structural damage affecting operational integrity.

  • Intentional damage or deliberate misuse of the equipment.
  • Crashes due to reckless operation or ignoring warnings.
  • Damage caused by third-party modifications, or non-genuine parts.
  • Failure to provide required logs or follow the Post-Incident Reporting Guide.
  • Pre-existing damage before XAG Care Service activation.

3.    Required Documentation for XAG Care Express

To process your XAG Care Express request, you must provide the following:

📊 Flight Logs & App Logs – Required to verify the issue.

4.    Important Service Limitations & Customer Responsibilities

  • By submitting an XAG Care Express claim, I authorize XAG Australia and its Certified Service Centres to proceed with repairs before determining fault or responsibility.
  • I understand that if my claim is deemed ineligible after inspection, I am responsible for repair costs, shipping fees, and service charges.
  • Customers must back up important data, as repairs may involve resetting or replacing components.
  • If an issue is found to be non-XAG Care related after inspection, a diagnostic fee may be charged.

  • Equipment is returned to you after service completion.

Standard repair times is 2 business days.

Do I need to pay for shipping?

📦 Yes. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from XAG Australia.

How should I package my equipment for shipping?

To avoid further damage in transit:

  • Use the original packaging (if available).
  • Securely pack all components to prevent movement.
  • Do not include batteries unless requested by XAG Australia.

Yes, you must pay a deductible for each repair under XAG Care Express.
